Report or block a player
- Inside a table, tap a player's name, or the ⋯ next to one of their chat messages.
- Choose Report and pick what happened. You can block them at the same time.
- Block hides their messages and mutes their voice for you. Manage blocked players from the link at the bottom of the home screen.
Common questions
The table is full. Can I still play? Yes. You join the bench and can watch the game. Tap Get in line and you get the next open seat. With the host's "losing team gives up their seats" option on, the losing team goes to the bench after each game.
Voice chat isn't working. Voice is only at private tables. Allow microphone access when your browser or phone asks. If it still won't connect, the network may be blocking it. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
I lost connection. Open the game again on the same device within 90 seconds and you get your seat back. Meanwhile the computer plays for you.
The game took a minute to load. The server sleeps when nobody is playing and takes about a minute to wake up.
